What Is Easter Like At

Freedom?

Come celebrate Easter Sunday with us at Freedom Church! This year's celebration will include an Easter Egg Hunt & Wildfire Day at Ashely Pond on Saturday, April 4. Followed by and incredile Sunday worship service on April 5 with FREE food, games for Freedom kids, live worship & more. Bring the whole family and get all the details below and plan your visit!

Where are you located?

Freedom Church is located in Los Alamos and we meet inside the gym at Aspen Elementary School. The address is 2182 33rd St Los Alamos, NM.

What time is service?

Doors open at 10:30am. Our team will be there to welcome you in, help get your kids checked in, and hang out while grabbing coffee and a few treats! Service time starts at 11:00am in-person & lasts about 60-70 minutes.

Where do I park?

Our volunteers are here to assist you in finding convenient parking spots in the school parking lot and surrounding areas, ensuring you have a stress-free experience.

Is there something for my kids?

We offer Freedom Kids for Pre-K-6th grade. Kids will have a blast learning about Jesus through worship, interactive Bible lessons, and games with our amazing Freedom Kids team.

What does a Typical Service Look Like?

At Freedom you'll experience a welcoming atmosphere with inspiring worship, powerful stories of life change, and a passionate and practical message from Pastor Mike Brake that matters to you.

How do I get involved with serving at Freedom?

We have plenty of areas to serve and get plugged in on Sunday mornings. You can speak with our team and register at our information booth inside the gym, or better yet register for our next Welcome Party happening in May 2026.

How do I join a small group?

We believe you're not meant to do life and alone. You are meant for community. At Freedom we have Connect Groups so you can get plugged in with others:

FUN FOR ALL AGES

This Easter your kids will have a BLAST at FREEDOM KIDS!!!

EASTER EGG HUNT (April 4th, 10:00AM):

Come join us at Ashley Pond Saturday, April 4 at 10:00am for an Easter Egg Hunt with 20,000 Easter Eggs, along with free inflatable obstacle course, inflatable bounce house, free raffle prizes, and the annual Wildfire Day with Los Alamos County Fire Department. It's guaranteed fun for all ages!

SUNDAY KIDS EASTER PARTY AT FREEDOM (April 5th, 11:00AM):

Then on Sundahy all kids Kindergarten-6th grade will have a BLAST in our Freedom Kids area playing games, free gifts, and learning about Jesus on their level! We promise your kids will be begging you to come back!

20,000 EASTER EGG HUNT

Come join us on Saturday, April 4th at Ashley Pond as Freedom hosts the Elks/Wildfire Day Egg Hunt. Starts at 10:00am with prize giveaways, bounce houses, and tons of fun. Best of all it's TOTALLY FREE!!!

PLAN MY VISIT

We know that visiting a church can be intimidating. We’ll do our best to make sure you have an incredible visit! Sundays at Freedom are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Our in-person and online experience at 11:00AM (MST).
